Three component solvent-free epoxy resin grout modern epoxy grouting materials
Introduction:
A:Epoxy grout is long- term needs of secondary grouting equipment to withstand vibration, shock and chemical corrosion zones installed to provide a permanent solution ,
it has been constantly proven to greatly extend the operation period and the movable parts of the equipment life.
B:Including A ( resin ), B ( hardener ), C ( filler ) three components , the product of high quality resin and filler refined , high solid content , solvent and other volatile harmful substances.
At room temperature in each set of three component material thoroughly mixed immediately after use , without adding any additional ingredients .
Application:
1):Secondary grouting installed compressors, pumps , punching machine, mill , ball mill , high -vibration equipment ,
2):Susceptible to chemical attack equipment foundation grouting area .
3):Track basis , bridges and other support base that is a strong pressure grouting area ,
4):Anchors , reinforced concrete structure planting and building reinforcement ,
5):Concrete, stone, steel, wood and other surface used as self-leveling mortar.
6):Iron , iron rods , rod steel connections.
Feature:
1):High strength, early strength : it can provide much better mechanical properties of cement-based materials, compression, adhesive , etc. , higher early strength .
2):Low exothermic peak value: May provide long reaches 120 minute (25℃) operating times, suits the great volume grouting use.
3):No shrinkage : to ensure that the final shape after filling layer in full contact with the bearing surface to ensure high -precision equipment was installed.
4):Excellent creep resistance : Epoxy grout can be alternately freezing and thawing in the long term -50 ℃ to + 80 ℃, poor physical conditions vibration pressure long-term use without plastic deformation , to ensure the long-term positioning device accurately .
5):Remarkable resilience : Epoxy grout can be resolved by the transfer of any movable device may make cement-based grout layer burst dynamic load .
6):Corrosion resistance: can withstand acid, alkali, salt , oil and other chemicals, long-term contact corrosion .

Construction Technology:
A:Surface preparation
Concrete surface contact BYER-100 , need to chisel its solid surface laitance and expose the grassroots level, to ensure the grout surfaces are clean , dry and free of grease . Concrete joints grind 25mm thick outside edge of the bevelled edges to increase the edge of the grout and adhesive base area , the metal surface to be bonded should be no rust (up SSPC-SP6 finish requirements ) .
B:Moulding
Templates shall be strong , solid lap , its inside with grease , wax or paste PVC tape to facilitate the release ; for ease of pouring and installation filling funnel , filling side between the template and equipment leaving the base around at least 100mm distance and higher equipment 100mm above the floor . 25mm thick nailed a 45 ° angle moldings on the inside of the template filling level height in order to avoid placing body edge stress concentration.
C:Construction temperature
Ambient temperature including concrete base and air temperature , in order to obtain the best working condition , must be left for 24 hours at 15 ~ 25 ℃ environment before filling , and within the next 24 hours ambient temperature control in 15 ~ 32 ℃ construction , 20 ℃ is most appropriate. Summer construction to avoid the midday heat , when necessary, to build awning ; in winter when the temperature is low , should be set up in heated greenhouses filling area to ensure that the construction environment temperature is higher than 15 ℃, the construction should choose noon .
D:Mixing
1):With a hand-held blender (200 ~ 250rpm) mix A ( resin ), B ( hardener ) for about 3 minutes ;
2):In the low-speed high-power stirrer was added (15 ~ 20rpm) in C ( filler ) so that , B mixture is mixed with A, stir until all invasive orthopedic complete , about 5 to 10 minutes ; at low temperatures in order to ensure the mixture flow resistance, it can be appropriate to reduce the C ( filler ) in an amount ( up to 1/2 of the material can be reduced ) .
E:Filling
1):Filling should be filling one side to the other side ; filling process can be squeezed but do not vibrating to avoid the inclusion of air trapping wherein ; grouting distance is greater than 1.5m, use high filling funnel method , using gravity assisted filling the pressure principle . Grouting work must be completed as soon as continuous ;
2):You need to set a single filling control the thickness between 25mm to 350mm , filling area over 1.8m × 1.8m when filling in the area reserved for strip joints ; single bolt hole filling depth of up to 1500mm.
